黄泉のツガイ一巻を買いました．最近は．．．いや元々かもだけど，アニメ見てないし，話題も無い漫画は買ってなかったんですが，何となく買いました．
肝心の話の前に最近買った漫画振り返ると，アオのハコ，フリーレン，レールガン，ヒロアカどれも話題のアニメですね．
今回買った黄泉のツガイも荒川弘さんの漫画なので，普通に話題はありますが，アニメ化前に買ったのは珍しいですね．アオのハコの新刊のついでに買いました．
いざ，内容を．．．と思いましたが，ネタバレもあれなので，ハガレンと比べて思ったところを何となく挙げてみようかなと．
一つ目としてやっぱり画です．一巻にして，ハガレン終盤のような絵の繊細さです．ハガレン一巻から上手かったのに，更に線に力強さを感じます．線画が太いみたいなゴツイ感じ？それでも繊細．すげぇです．
二つ目に街が細かい．森とか街とかハガレンの時と同じテイストですが，当時よりも細かくて，やっぱり線が強く鳴った感じがします．何だろうこの違い．ハガレン最後に呼んだの二年前とかだけど，変わったと思うんですよね．
三つ目にキャラのキャラが似てる！これ熱いです！同じ作者さんなので，キャラの顔はハガレンの面影があるキャラが多いですが，某主人公と某ヒロインに画が似てる人は似たキャラしてるし，兄妹設定の人も某弟ではないがあのキャラに似てる．．．荒川さんランファンに思い入れとかあったんですかね．
四つ目にハガレンは中世っぽい感じですが，現代が描かれてる！銀のさじも読んでない私にはすごく新鮮です！現代の世界描いてもやっぱり画がうめぇ．．．これ以上言うとネタバレになる．．．
五つ目に不思議な力描くのが上手い．漫画では様々な形でよく登場する不思議な力．ハガレンは科学を超える錬金術ですが，この漫画では別の力が出てくる．魔法みたいな力っていつになってもワクワクできますね．いつでもではないですが．
こんな感じになってるので気になった人は手に取ってほしいですね．
新しい漫画なのに，続きを見てるかのようなほっこり感があります．2巻以降も追々かって行きたい漫画です！
ついてに調べたらアニメ化するんですね．珍しく微妙に先取りしました．

EN — “I Bought Volume 1 of Yomi no Tsugai”
I bought Volume 1 of Yomi no Tsugai.
Lately… well, maybe it was always like this, but I haven’t been watching anime and rarely buy manga unless they’re super popular.
But this time, I just picked it up on intuition.
Before talking about the story, let me look back at the manga I recently bought:
Blue Box, Frieren, Railgun, My Hero Academia — all huge anime titles.
So buying Yomi no Tsugai before the anime even comes out is unusual for me.
Well, I really just grabbed it along with the new volume of Blue Box.
Now then… I wanted to jump into the content, but spoilers are tricky, so instead I’ll jot down some things I felt—especially compared to Fullmetal Alchemist.
1. The art.
Even in Volume 1, the level of detail feels like late FMA.
FMA already looked great from the first volume, but here the lines feel even stronger, thicker yet delicate.
It’s wild.
2. The worldbuilding and backgrounds.
Forests, towns—similar atmosphere to FMA, but even more detailed.
The linework feels more powerful, more confident.
I haven’t read FMA in two years, but I swear something has evolved here.
3. The characters’ “character.”
This is hype.
Of course, the character faces resemble FMA—it’s the same author—but not just that.
Certain characters really feel like certain FMA characters too.
There’s a duo that reminded me of, well… you-know-who, and there’s a sibling dynamic that totally echoes a certain younger brother.
Did Arakawa-sensei have a special soft spot for Ran Fan or something?
4. It’s set in a modern world!
FMA had that medieval-industrial vibe, but this one starts in modern times.
Since I never read Silver Spoon, this felt incredibly fresh to me.
And yet… the art quality is still insane.
Any further and I’d spoil something, so stopping here.
5. The supernatural system.
FMA’s alchemy was science-bending magic, and Yomi no Tsugai has its own mysterious power system.
That sense of “what is this ability?” is always exciting in manga.
…Well, not always, but here it really works.
So yeah—if any of that intrigued you, give it a shot.
It feels comforting, almost nostalgic, like reading a new manga but somehow already knowing the warmth of the world.
I’m definitely planning to buy Volume 2 and beyond.
🇫🇷 — “J’ai acheté le tome 1 de Yomi no Tsugai”
J’ai acheté le tome 1 de Yomi no Tsugai.
Ces derniers temps… ou plutôt depuis toujours, je crois, je ne regarde presque plus d’anime, et je n’achète des mangas que lorsqu’ils font beaucoup parler d’eux.
Mais là, je l’ai pris un peu sur un coup de tête.
Avant de parler de l’histoire, voyons les derniers mangas que j’ai achetés :
Ao no Hako, Frieren, Railgun, My Hero Academia — que des séries adaptées en anime populaires.
Donc acheter Yomi no Tsugai avant une adaptation, c’est rare pour moi.
Bon, je l’ai surtout pris en même temps que le nouveau tome de Ao no Hako, mais quand même.
Je voulais parler directement du contenu, mais sans spoiler, ça va être difficile, alors je vais simplement noter mes impressions — surtout par rapport à Fullmetal Alchemist.
1. Le dessin.
Dès le premier tome, le niveau de détail est digne de la fin de FMA.
FMA était déjà très beau dès le début, mais ici les lignes sont encore plus puissantes, plus épaisses mais toujours délicates.
C’est impressionnant.
2. Les décors et l’univers.
La forêt, la ville — l’ambiance rappelle FMA, mais en encore plus détaillé.
On sent une force dans le trait, une maîtrise supplémentaire.
Je n’ai pas relu FMA depuis deux ans, mais je suis sûr qu’il y a eu une évolution.
3. Le caractère des personnages.
Et ça, c’est trop bien.
Évidemment, les visages rappellent ceux de FMA — même autrice — mais ce n’est pas tout.
Certains personnages ont vraiment la même énergie que des personnages de FMA.
Un duo m’a fait penser à… vous savez qui, et une relation fraternelle m’a rappelé un certain petit frère.
Arakawa-sensei aimait vraiment Ran Fan, non ?
4. Un monde moderne !
FMA avait un style mi-médiéval mi-industriel, mais ici on commence dans un monde moderne.
Comme je n’ai jamais lu Silver Spoon, c’était hyper frais pour moi.
Et pourtant… la qualité du dessin est toujours incroyable.
J’en dirais plus, mais ce serait spoiler…
5. Les pouvoirs mystérieux.
Dans FMA, l’alchimie défiait la science.
Ici, c’est un autre système surnaturel, et ce genre de pouvoir, quand il est bien fait, ça fait toujours rêver.
Enfin… pas toujours, mais là, oui.
Bref — si ça vous intrigue, prenez-le.
C’est nouveau, mais on ressent une chaleur familière, comme retrouver une ambiance qu’on aime déjà.
Je vais clairement suivre la série et acheter le tome 2.
