こんにちは．今日は鼻血について．私は長年入院してたわけですが，その前からワーファリンやバイアスピリンを飲んでました．特に，人工心臓を入れてからより顕著ですね．何故なら，血液がドロドロでは血中に血栓ができてしまう．機械の不具合どころではなく，血栓がそこから再び流れに乗ればそのまま脳梗塞です．機械があると，そのリスクは倍増です．
そのため，ずっと血液をサラサラにしていました．が，それは同時に出血リスクとの戦いを意味します．まあまあ，小さい擦り傷，切り傷のような日常できる外傷なら，止まりますが，鼻血はそうはいかない．
鼻にある粘膜，キーゼルバッファ部位は，簡単に出血します，鼻をかむだけで，鼻水が多いだけで，鼻をすするだけで，何もしてなくても，鼻血が出ます．
映画やアニメで泣くのと，辛い物が好きだった私には死活問題ですね．こうやって，些細な生活も思想も思考も制限されるのが病気です．
今は楽しんでいますがね．辛い物は興味なくなったけど．

Hello, today’s topic is nosebleeds.
I’ve been in and out of the hospital for years, but even before that I was taking medications like warfarin and Bayer aspirin. Things got even more serious after I received an artificial heart. Why? Because if your blood gets too thick, clots can form. And once a clot travels through the bloodstream, it could cause a stroke—it’s way more dangerous than just a “machine malfunction.” Having a device inside the body only doubles that risk.
That’s why I’ve always been on blood thinners. But of course, that also means living with a constant risk of bleeding. Small everyday cuts and scrapes will usually stop bleeding eventually, but nosebleeds? That’s another story.
The nasal membrane, especially the Kiesselbach’s area, bleeds so easily—just from blowing your nose, having a runny nose, sniffing, or sometimes even for no reason at all. For someone like me, who cried a lot watching movies or loved spicy food, it was a real problem. Illness has a way of limiting not just your lifestyle, but also your thoughts and even your habits.
These days I’ve learned to enjoy life as it is. I don’t even crave spicy food anymore.

Bonjour, aujourd’hui je vais parler des saignements de nez.
J’ai passé de longues années à l’hôpital, mais même avant cela je prenais déjà des médicaments comme la warfarine et l’aspirine (Bayer). Après la mise en place d’un cœur artificiel, c’est devenu encore plus critique. Pourquoi ? Parce que si le sang devient trop visqueux, des caillots peuvent se former. Et si un caillot reprend la circulation, cela peut directement provoquer un AVC. Avec un dispositif mécanique dans le corps, le risque est tout simplement doublé.
C’est pour cette raison que mon sang doit rester “fluide”. Mais cela veut aussi dire vivre en permanence avec un risque de saignement. Les petites coupures du quotidien finissent par s’arrêter, mais les saignements de nez… c’est une autre histoire.
La muqueuse nasale, surtout la zone de Kiesselbach, saigne extrêmement facilement : il suffit de se moucher, d’avoir beaucoup de mucus, d’aspirer un peu, ou même parfois sans aucune raison. Pour quelqu’un comme moi, qui pleurait devant les films ou adorait la nourriture épicée, c’était un vrai problème. La maladie, finalement, limite non seulement ton mode de vie, mais aussi tes envies et tes pensées.
Aujourd’hui, j’arrive à en rire et à en profiter. Et puis, je n’ai même plus d’intérêt pour le pimenté.
